Morisset and Toronto Meals on Wheels

Welcome to Morisset & Toronto Meals on Wheels website (mortormow).

We provide home delivered meal services to the frail aged, younger disabled and their carers living in the Morisset and Toronto district in the City of Lake Macquarie in New South Wales. Our dedicated staff and committed volunteers take an active interest in the wellbeing of clients. Partial funding comes from the State and Federal Government under the Home and Community Care program (HACC).

We are staffed by experienced professionals, and operate under a community based Board of Management made up of dedicated volunteers.

The service provided by Morisset and Toronto Meals On Wheels Inc is the result of the combined and cooperative efforts of a wide range of individuals. Some of these people are paid staff members; others contribute their time and expertise on a voluntary basis. We work as a team. All work tasks are essential to the successful operation of our service and activities, regardless of whether they are achieved by a paid or voluntary worker.

What We Do!

We provide meals and support services to our community. We are in need of partnerships and sponsors to help support our service. View our history in our about us page, and see the choice of home delivered meals in our Food Menu section.

We encourage you to contact us at anytime. We are looking for volunteers to assist with meal preparation and food delivery. We need continuing community support and if you would like to make a donation then click on the link to bring up our donation page.
